Is there really a 24 hour guard? I've seen security when I scoped it out a few times, but on a Sunday afternoon there were a ton of explorers and no security in site...

yes it is but they dont come onto the actual grounds or into the buildings

My ass! I remember hearing the fat old guy yelling something like this, "Remove yourself from the property now! I'm calling in the dogs!"

When I went in February the place was still standing.... and no security in sight, except at the front entrance... but even so, didn't see them at all. But as I said, back in February.
