	Perhaps was a satellite relay for CTV. Telestar is a service of satellite relay/link for TV and radio feed. Telestar sells "space" on its satellites so TV and Radio cie can send and receive feeds from one coast to another...

	Telesat is a Canadian company that owns the Anik and Nimiq series of satellites. This was probably just a POP (point of presence) in your area, with what it looks like uplink equipment. Note that Telstar is an American company, I think you might be getting the two confused. Telstar is now owned by Intelsat Americas. Cool pictures guys, thanks.
