Saw the regular basement and the smallish room labeled SB (sub basement I'm assuming) but didn't see any indication of a third basement..

SB=The one down the stairs (featured in my gallery, I dunno if anyone else took pictures of it)?

I believe there are 2 sub basements, one on each wing. I woundn't be surprised if there was another basement on the back wing (x-ray wing)

there's this room (right...) with a metal rack in it, and there's a manufactured hole (not vandalism made) in the wall and it goes down, and my flashlight couldn't find the bottom. I didn't check to see if there was a ladder down the wall. but I didn't check it out because I/we had a dog.

Me neither.

The deepest basement I found that this one: http://www.loupiot...mergency-room.html and the hallway and door that goes (supposedly) to the secured (closed) pumping station nearby. I think any level under that would be flooded (if it exists).

In fact the elevator shaft located in the second basement is flooded (see here: http://www.loupiot...levator-shaft.html ).

Hmmm... the only second-level basement I found was under the center of the main building, if I recall. That's where the big broken "EMERGENCY ROOM" sign is stored. The wings have only one basement level.

There should be more of that sub-basement. There is a wing elevator that goes to the SB (where the EMERGENCY ROOM sign and flooded elevator shaft are)... since the building is symmetrical, I assume there is another SB on the west side of the building.

Also, the little elevator room in the court-yard to the East of the rear wing has a B and SB label.. so I assume there are more sub-basements
