I’ve visited twice now, once in summer once in winter. Both times there’s been quite a good amount of people either looking (not trespassing), taking photos past the barrier, or at the dog park. Went in this past winter and haven’t seen any police or security, just other kids during the day. Keep in mind the access to the one building changes often because they will get blocked off by whoever keeps tabs on it
