They're in the middle of turning these into apartments but for the most part a lot of it is still accessible. The first building we checked out was completely hollowed out just concrete and holes in all the walls. There was some remaining paper work. Maybe 20 documents total. My favorite was an employee training quiz that posed the question "is it okay to have sexual relations with patients" I took a picture but we got spooked by what we thought was security so it came out blurry. Roof access is sketchy. There was a singular hatch with a decaying wooden ladder. I went up it but I don't think I'd do it again. The other buildings haven't begun demolishing yet and the doors are even propped open. Pretty low risk and if you're local it's worth a look. I'll attach some pics if I remember later
