Was driving to work today along the scenic route instead of the highways and had a State DEC Police cruiser pull out in front of me... Jeep green Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 with red and yellow lights only. Interesting. Tried to get a pic for you but I left my camera at home and my cell phone sucks ass.

If the lights were yellow and red only it was probably a fire department vehicle. Or EMT.

Specifically said STATE DEC POLICE across the side and back. I was a little surprised myself. Came out of a major water processing and diversion facility.

some of the parking cops here have those. i giggle every time they go by, it seems like they intentionally give them to the fattest cops.

So I'm out rollerblading last summer and stumble across this scene. I couldn't help but chuckle at the situation and snap a picture! There was no sign of the officer though.

Hah hah, epic fail!

When I bought my radar detector, I went for a joy ride up the highway. I was clipping along at 70 MPH in a 55, and a CHP officer popped me. I slowed, he carried on without incident as he was hustling down the highway. Five minutes later, I pass by him as he's parked on the shoulder. He's standing by a tow truck, as the driver was loading the Interceptor on the back of it. Too bad I've no pics.

Thought our canadian contingent might get a laugh out of these, although anybody will probably enjoy them.

No, that's part of a passive forward sonar array from a Los Angeles class attack sub, circa 1960-80's. It's been returned to that location where you see it, and is part of Graystone Society for the National Iron and Steel Heritage museum.

Actually they're both pretty good.

Fist one

I was biking to work and saw this. It is directly in front of the police station, which happens to be an abandoned public school. The cop was staggering to the building and I snapped this photo. His partner threatened me with cuffs so I bolted. Turns out the drunk cop was suspended but his partner the one who threatened me and his fellow cop buddies got shit caned for trying to cover up the evidence that the one cop was drunk. In this case the cover up was was worse than the crime.

The second pic, well...

The cops were trying to shut down our all night rave. They finally showed up at 9am the next morning. People have rioted in this city for similar reasons. Urinating in on a squad car was an appropriate response in the context of DEMF weekend.

Was this actually inside the sub?
