Four images stood out for me.

1. Focus is very clear, the tricycle, however shorted the depth of field (open the aperture) to place the background out of focus, to even more bring the tricycle into the foreground.

3. Excellent use of Black and White!

6. Good start, I'd crop out the right area so that only the wall, sign, and door are showing.

8. I feel this should be in colour.

Interestingly, I think 8 works very well in B&W. Be interesting perhaps to see it desaturated 'almost' to B&W.

What are you shooting with? There seems to be a lot of barrel distortion in a few of these. You can fix it pretty easy in photoshop.

Everybody seems to have a comment about #8. I love it. I think it's the best one in the bunch. I really dig the low contrast feel to it too. Looks like it was shot in the era when that house was built.

Do you have any other angles of #3? It is a shame that the focal point of your photo is slightly obscured by shadow. I like the treatment on this one too.

They all are really good, but that 8 is awesome, it would work like big framed poster on the wall. Beautiful view.

I like 6 and 7 because of the locations, and how you've captured them... but perhaps shouldnt have been cropped so tight on the left side...In both.

Great set!

I love the shadow in this one. makes it more unique.

#4 is my favorite. The color, lighting and comp couldn't be better.
