i'm pretty sure that these are apartment buildings, and not a school. at least that's what i've heard, and the inside of the most of the buildings looks like apartments. anyone know for sure?

I have no idea where the descriptive "school" came from... They started as mills and were later converted into apartment buildings. They should be apartments again soon.

Not a school, but the small house looking building between the 2 mills was a daycare when they were used as apartments.
