This was the winery of the Boonville Wine Company. The company was incorporated in November of 1855 and the winery was built in the late 1850s and stopped all operations by 1869. So this has been an urban exploration site since the birth of Mahatma Ghandi and Henri Matisse and the death of Franklin Pierce the 14th president of the USA. It's been waiting for us to visit for a long time. I've attached some pictures from the Library of Congress Historic American Buildings Survey. The pics were taken by explorers in 1895.
