Yeah, you're right. What we really need is a cyberpunk theme!

Or, (one quarter serious) steampunk.

I actually have a steampunk-ish/industrial Firefox theme called OldFactory Black. It's pretty neat.

Well at this rate, by the time UER needs a redesign, we should have it all worked out. It's much simpler this way then waiting for two years once UER actually needs a new design.

I probably just wasted an hour, but I think this brings the design up to at least 2001 standards. Notice how I re-organized the links so that they're now in logical groups? Actually, I should've moved "new posts" up to the top area, but you get the idea.

| | | It's not so much the layout of the site that I feel needs changing, just those damned button shapes. Argonian will want to see kittens as background images for those buttons but otherwise I like it.

That's great and all, but it needs hexagons.

Sorry sweetheart, I prefer uer's character. That is far too blah for me. Also, you fool, you moved messages below logout! The only times I have hit chat have been by accident when I am tired and am trying to read a message. I would rather hit chat than logout.

We all had ostriches. My dad had an ostrich farm! I remember one day someone came in and said the high altitude bombing of Kosovo had been a limited success, so we all went out and celebrated… by killing an ostrich and boiling it in kiwi fruit. |

| | | I think that changing the location of the Logout button is a good idea. The ones about adding hexagons and kittens.. not so much. And I actually went out of my way to make it look slightly cheesy, but I see what you mean by it looking a little too Mac-like.

Well, I really can't comment, as if you look at my site: www.turbozutek.f2s.com you will see that I took OS/X's look, did a big shit on it and posted it as an interface. Chris...
