Actually, the tower itself is still standing, or at least it was, obviously, a couple weeks ago when I shot it. Actually, doing a pano from here would be tough, unless one was willing to climb all the way onto the roof od the entire tower, and I hate climbing ladders like the one you see in the picture, with pitches steeper than vertical (i.e., you're weight is pulling you backwards off the ladder).
