If you clime up the balcket you can get to the roof to get to the upstears where are some nice tags up there

well ya i suck at spelling but im a heli tech so who needs to spell I went here last night and I tried to clime the roof and its very unsafe

well wasn't there a Fire there? anyways Im probably gonna go there in the summer I'll see if I can get to the upper floors.

Its extremely unstable, and its been the victim of several decades of snow fall with no roof... I've been up there more times than I can count and it wasnt safe then, its probably even worse now....Way back when you used to be able to get under the building in the basement-ish part, unfortunately the openings were concreted and covered by years of brush.

Also there is nothing up there worth seeing, just shit graffiti and possibly your life flash by as you plummet to your death...
