I think the reason I never posted publicly about it was because of the little run-in. And then I totally forgot about it until you reminded me. Here's some pics:

First I took a pic of what was in those holes... Not somewhere you want to fall into.

Smokestack was definitely not quite as overgrown.

Its a cool place, theres more water in the basement now I really wanted to see the junk down there but water was almost up to the first landing on the stairs

the rooms with the grated floor suggest they were for drying which made me think there would be some heat sources down there

And yeah its was way more overgrown these days hard to even see the building

did you see my old historic pic I found taken from an airplane in 1927? this is only about 30% of what used to be there there was 11 smokestacks/kilns back then

Well there ya go, you can see at least a little of the debris down there. It's too bad, when I was there one could have probably walked around down there a bit with some rubber boots.

Oh yeah, I forgot to comment on that historic pic. Holy crap man, that place was massive back then. Come to think of it, there was a huge field in that fenced-in area that contained what was left. I bet that whole field was part of the factory at one time. Great find there.

Simply amazing, me and i'm sure mother nature would like to think you for putting together something so breathtaking. Love the first shot especially, with the tower poking its head out of the greenery. Kudos!

Gorgeous! I really like the ones with the desks lined up in a row. We have a an old silo here that has a huuuge tree growing out of the top. I can't get to it because of the landscape but I'll try and get a shot from far away of it.

"Steve, I was going to bed, I'm going to be on, and I have to throw com dot. Manning and Sean, slash, Sandra come into my name is John thousand anytime doctor that it maybe she'll come.
