| | Best Place Ever Explored < on 3/5/2007 12:30 PM >
| | | I have only just heard of urban exploration. I think it's amazing and I'd like to get involved. I'm an avid historian (transplanted Texan in England) and I'd like to know what the most interesting site in Texas is that you have ever explored.

| | | For some reason, "Your mom's house" was the first thing to come to mind. But I'm not childish enough to post such a thing to a public message board.

| | | That's an impossible question. I doubt that anyone would agree on even a top 5.
I'm a blatant waste of time and resources. |

| | | Sea Arama Marineworld!! I am absolutly in love with that place. Explored it several times over several years. That location was my "baby" loved that place very much Demolished Sept 20th, 2006 may she rest in peace

| | | Even though it's been explored over and over and over again, and it's pretty played-out. I have to go with Michigan Central Station, for the sheer magnitude and grandeur of the location. It's a palace.

| | | We all still have our Holy Grail sites both locally and globally. I still want to get into the abandoned Club Med in Bermuda. It's been boarded up since '89 and is now government property.

Oh that would be sweet. May be a dumb question, but why/how did the government end up with it? Must be a resort for those overworked and underpaid legislators, bless their humble hearts. [last edit 3/18/2007 7:12 PM by Raticus - edited 1 times]

hmm..I have a friend who lives in Bermuda during the summer. I might just have to go down and visit him! Any idea on the level of difficulty of this location?

No idea. I found it on Google Earth a couple years ago and then googled the name to see what I could find on it. Seems like Bermuda wouldn/t have as much trouble with vandals and copper thieves as other places so it might be easy.
