Sunday Wanderings II: Destination Interruptus

We were headed back home from the Baker, and I had seen this location several times from the Interstate and wanted to stop and see what it was... so figured why not just do it.

After a fair bit of running around back streets and making offhand comments about "hey, there went a police car... oh hey, there went another one" we finally found ourselves at the base of the silos...

We turned the corner and about (literally) had a heart attack... no joke, there were at least 100 cop cars surround this place... on the street in front of it, behind it, around it, in a parking lot behind it.

haha, no, we aren't that special - I'm not really sure why there were so many - there was some building labeled "Communications", so I'm assuming it's some sort of DPD building.

Hey!
That's my old digs.
That's the Pearlstone silos. It backs up to the police sub station on Canton. The propert belongs to the guy who owns the rental storage place next door. You were like a block from my old place at 821 Exposition.

I'm a blatant waste of time and resources.

nah...the two dogs there are cool too...I helped the owner do a teeny bit of repair work...he's a cool dude...he's trying to get the place at least nicer than it is now and safe.
