Been wanting to visit this property for a while, the opportunity finally presented itself.




Hmm ...










This was the bathroom ... though I had a shot of the toilet but guess not. What you see there is the largest bee hive I've ever seen. About a thousand bees in there.

There are three properties around that tower. One is the Plattner Estate which was in major disrepair and abandoned in 2004. However the son of the woman who lived there started working on it last year and has now made it habitable. I went up there a few times when it was abandoned but I do not have any photos of it before they worked on it.

The center property is completely grown over and I have yet to find anything there.

The watertower is fully accessable, however to get to it you have to go around and get in from the freeway side, and there is no access road.

On days that the racetrack has fireworks, the embankment in front of the watertower is covered by folks. Some are even brave enough to climb to the top to watch.
