I think a color change and a new menu bar would be the best redesign for the site IMO. Wev'e all become accustomed to the menu layout and changing it now would just confuse lots of us.

I have to agree with this Av. I think the UER button should be placed there, But change the button to work with the screen.

| | | | I like ghostkilla's menu design there. It's very good. It would do best with a new UER logo in the top left and a colour change for the overall page (the white seems so bright and hard on the eyes).
