	There is a vagrant(bum, hobo, what ever you call it) living here at night. He is cautious of people going though the building at night. He sets fires in the building to generate heat, if you smell fresh smoke or fire, or even hear anything, he is in there. His name is Fred, fairly nice guy if you get to know him or at least he seemed nice, it might have been the booze.

	Funny thing is most people haven't met any hobos while exploring, yet all the none-explorers who hear of UE always assume you're guaranteed to meet one in and abandoned factory.
