I just found out about this site...And its really starting to perk up my interest in exploring abandoned buildings again. It was almost 2 years ago that I explored this nursing home, but unfortunately it has been torn down.. Luckily...I have some pictures

I look forward to becoming more active in the hobby of exploration...If anyone could give me some hints to find another location around Kansas/Missouri I would appreciate that very much but it seems that people here don't give away locations very easily...
I heard of an old abandoned warehouse somewhere close by, I will try to investigate it even though I heard it was all boarded up and maybe send some pictures if im successful.

Great pics. Is this in the KC area? I don't know of anything personally, but you could always check out underground ozarks website. I think they have some good stuff from that area. Welcome aboard...

That is a cool place.
That therapy tub looks psycho.

I'm a blatant waste of time and resources.

Its in the Kansas suburbs, was by some apartments, nobody knows why it was abandoned, but they seem to of left alot of things behind.
Im no boxer its just a nickname I thought up of and my avatar is my hand. It was just careless rebreaking the bone over and over and they put 6 titanium screws and a plate into it.
They only partially tore down the building, my guess is because they knew that tons of kids were going through it, they only ripped down sections and knocked down majority of the walls. By now its probably all gone though.

Nice job, welcome to the forums. Too bad you think the place is gone. At least we were able to see some of it through your photographs. Thanks!

I never got to go in and when I found it they had bulldozers there demo'ing it.

there is an entry in the Missouri UE DB on this site for it and all they have in the entry is an overhead pic of the place.

i'd like to see all of the pics, if you want, we could find a way to add the pics to the DB
