Before moving to Texas, my absolute favorite place to explore was the old cement plant in Mildred, KS. I've made the rounds three times, and being there fills me with an overwhelming sense of peace. It is so gorgeous and mysterious, like an ancient ruin slowly being reclaimed by the forest around it. Being there makes me feel so distant from everything, but in touch with myself. It's desolate but feels so untouched.1.

Wow, i love it! I scanned google maps aerial just so i could find and explore myself. I don't see anywhere to park as there are no trespassing signs. Where did you park? Might be worth it for a getaway driver lol.
