Nice outing to the industrial oasis with Tatz, JennyUE, and hopefully soon to be active on the forums, and new to UE S... .

Danger: Broken glass, extremely sharp edges. And bookshelf inside about to fall over any day now. If it does and your under it you will likely die.
1.

Got to try out in the field for my first time my 13 dollar Fostay lens adapter so I can shoot with Canon glass on my Fujifilm system. Brought with me a 75-300mm. Was fun.
2.

Zoom shot with 75-300mm canon lens of section of mill across the way.
3.

Where magical spells are created.
4.

Toer mural. Perhaps the best graffiti artist in Oregon.
5.

Another zoom shot of the mill across the way.
6.

He must not have gone outside that day because the snow was gone by noon, and there wasn't enough snow to be aesthetic. Sucks, the snow would've been stunning.

Okay I'm done post whoring on UER for the day. Suppose I should read a book or play video games for my first time in a long ass time. Break from hyper obsessing about my photos and likes on UER sounds like a healthy good idea. Peace people. Hope you are doing alright and finding shit to do. Lucky you if you can/get to work from home.

1.

Not a original perspective. I have seen several other photographers shoot this perspective.
2.

PS Going to attempt to take a 2-24 hour break from UER and Flickr. Later!

Good on using the Fujifilm! I have been using an XF-10, and an XT-20. Really enjoy them a lot.

Let me know when you find it. I used to use TinyPic (RIP) and got locked out of my old Flickr. Just deleted my FB several few weeks ago too.

You’re about 3.5 hours from this site. I just moved to Portland from Seattle a few months ago. If you ever wanna come down here and explore, there’s a small but really nice group

Wise, I found that other abandoned paper mill's location via one of your flickr uploads. Be careful with photos of schematics particularly, they usually have the location of the building in the margins.

Well truthfully I set the photos to friends/family privacy on Flickr therefore did not mind people I gave access to the photos knowing its location.

But yes being cautious posting pictures if maps /diagrams is a good idea. I happen to know many of us find them interesting and enjoyable to look at so when I found them I'd occasionally share them friends/family.

Hey, first time posting not sure if I'm doing it right but I just wanted to add some of the pictures that I have taken while I was at the mill and having a blast!
I'm currently located in Ferndale~Washinton but this part of Oregon is beautiful!
Let me know if anyone here wants to go explore and have a good time :)
