https://www.amazon...lack/dp/B000P3ZB88 I use a Tamrac Velocity 8x sling bag with an added on pouch for my 55-200mm zoom if I feel like I might need it. It can fit my D3200 with the kit lens on it, my 10-24mm wide angle on one side, then my 35mm prime lens, an LED Array, and smaller lens hoods on the other side. The front pouch can hold both my 77mm lens hood, all my filters, 2 extra batteries, remote shutter release, head lamp and if need, my hot shoe flash. I tend to not carry my flash around much, but if I'm going exploring inside, I'll usually leave the zoom in the car and put the flash in the side pouch so it's not so tight. I have another LED flashlight hook on one of the zippers and then I hook my tripod bag to the bag with a carabiner clip.
I love how tight it is to my body for ducking under brush and stuff and it's so easy to get to the camera. I'm resigned to the fact that no matter how large of a bag I get, I'll just find more shit to throw in there. But this is a happy size and has replaced my full backpack bag that was a bit cumbersome to carry, would fall over if i had stuff in the top pouch when I put it down, and wasn't as water resistant. It also tended to make my back hurt after a while, but I carried around a big field manual for my camera and all kinds of other junk when I used it. It was also a bit of a hassle getting to the camera quickly. Still, it's a good bag...and the divider inserts/padding thing can be removed and I'd recommend putting a garbage back around the foam to give you some waterproofing on the sides.
