First explore! (Draining)

Hey everyone, first post, and my first legit explore. I haven't been able to go to any of the abandonments in my town yet, but I did find some nice drains near my house and a friend's, so hopefully I can post pics of those later this week.

Here's the first drain I went in, nothing special, just a rusty CMP.

View from outside fenced area.

Inside the box.

It's a short drain, you can see the light from the end streaming into the manhole chamber.

In the manhole looking back.

A branch that was filled with mud. To be explored?

Looking towards the end.

The outlet.

Sorry for the double post, didn't want a huge wall of pictures. :/

Second drain, concrete with some rubber-plastic inside?

View from outside. I've since drained that pool of standing water, much better.

Looking into the tunnel. You can see the manhole chamber.

In the manhole chamber.

When I first got into the chamber, I sat down thinking it'd be a cool place to hangout in the future. Then I looked up and saw at least 20 ghostly-white spiders, and scurried back to the tunnel. This picture was taken by sticking my phone out of the tunnel and into the chamber. xD

My favorite pic of the day. I just love this.

It's hard to judge the size so I'm going with 26ft high mega tunnels.

Nice mega tunnels bud

HA, I wish. xD These are maybe 3-feet diameter tunnels. Although, my friend and I explored a slightly bigger one in his neighborhood, and found a HUGE one near our church. So hopefully we can get some pictures of that soon.
