5. This used to be an old motel and bath-house outside of one of the smallest towns in Sumner County, unfortunately it is no longer there.

21. Most of these buildings were either taken down by a tornado or just demolished. Hatcher Hospital still stands today as a museum as well as the last several pictures of what we call the "Pink House". It was located between two churches and they about bought it and demolished it, but thankfully a local resident bought it and has been trying to restore it. However most of the houses walls were hand painted murals that are hard to replicate. I'll go more in-depth on some of these places soon.

| | | Very cool! I thought you were going to show me this:
"Are you happy now with all the choices you've made?" "Are there times in life when you know you should've stayed?" "Will you compromise and then realize the price is too much to pay?" "Winners and losers... which one will you be today?" ***Social Distortion*** |

| | | These are some good finds, dude! I love seeing historic photos of places. Do you have shots of what the place looks like now? I'd be interested to see the contrast..

| | | I am trying to get a private tour of "Hatcher Hospital" (#4, 12 and 13) Which is now the Chisolm Trail Museum and I haven't been able to contact the owner of (#11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19)yet. He has bought several downtown buildings in the attempt to restore them. Unfortunately the majority of the rest of the buildings no long exist Most were on the south side of town which was destroyed twice by a tornado in 1899 and 1956~ I belive. There are some other good points of interest but it's hard to work things in when I work third shift.

A lot of combing the web and we have a small genealogical society here in town that collects some of the historical pictures and a friend who just enjoys history
