| | | Posted by JohnsAwesome Hey all, my name's John and I live up in Southern Maine. I'm not much of a photographer, but I may have to start after seeing some of the sweet photos people here get. I've been an "urban explorer" for about four years or so (on and off) now, although back then it was more of a "hey, we're bored so let's check out this abandoned place" type thing. I'm hoping to find some people in the New England area who know some awesome places because I'm trying to find more, and hopefully on some of my adventures over the next few months, I can find some to share as well!
| Hey! Im in new england as well, welcome! Hope you've found this site useful so far? I just joined here last week, I really just want to see which locations are here and which aren't, plus find others I may not be aware of! I dont mind a long drive for a good explore, but closer is better of course! 👊✨

| | | Hello all! I am very happy to have found this site and can't wait to start networking. A little about myself... I live in Henderson, Colorado and currently work full time as a professional photographer. I am married, have a daughter and another on the way. Not currently in school but planning on getting a degree in either photography or video production and pursuing a career in one of those fields. A little about my involvement in UE... I am relatively new to urbex. I found out about it earlier this year through a friend, and have since jumped in with both feet. I say relatively new as I have been a paranormal investigator(Spirit Trackers Paranormal Investigation Team) since 2011, and the researching and exploration of locations intrigued me more than the investigating for paranormal activity itself. My team has gone to some places that the general public generally never saw(old solitary confinement cell and a bunker under a restaurant in Ft. Collins) as well as investigated a building in an almost abandoned town(Leyden, CO) and I fell in love with exploring the locations. I didn't know there was actually a field/group for exploring places until my friend introduced me to urban exploration. I have combined my passions of photography, film making and urban exploration into a YouTube channel called Urbex Colorado. I also am admin of a group on Flickr called Urbex Colorado as well, and would invite any fellow Colorado urbexers to join and share your photos! I strive to provide high quality photos and video to document and preserve the history and existence of the unseen, abandoned and forgotten places in my favorite and home state. Happy exploring and stay safe and smart! -Daniel- aka Mac 1. 2. 3. 4. 1.

| | | Posted by flerious Hey! Name's Tom. I've been using this site a bit on and off to try and find some cool places to go in CT and Mass, and only recently decided to make an account after discovering that there are hidden areas for full members. I've discovered a few places on my own, and seek to either post about them here, or to find them and add to their pages! I have quite a bit of drive to explore these places and am very interested in abandoned warehouses mostly. I was actually fortunate enough to visit a few places soon before they were demolished, and will post pictures/video of stuff like this as I either find it, or am inclined to do so. Hope to be pleased with the site, you guys seem pretty awesome.
| sounds exactly like me! I signed up because I want to share the spots I've found with other explorers, as well as see what is here, I also explore in MA, as well as southern NH (and did a little in concord NH last week) maybe just meeting others in the area will help us make some new discoveries, it seems like it will be quite a while before I can become a 'full' member of this site.
