Hey all! Newbie from Boise, ID here.

I've been "shooting" entunneled canals and clambering on abandoned industry since I was 12 or so, but I've only recently learned about the communities of people that actually encourage this sort of behavior. This'll be fun.

Hi all,

I'm Geoff and I'm a n00b. I'm from Littleton, CO. I've never done much UE aside from 8 years ago in a St. Louis mental hospital, and the occasional drain when I was younger. Anymore, when I'm driving I'll pass an abandoned home or factory (my girlfriend lives by gates for you all who know Denver)and I just want to drop everything, grab a flashlight and check it out. I've seen the titan silos listed on here and want to go check em out here soon. Look forward to meeting all of you!

Hi! I've had this for a while, but I have decided that I need to start posting on here a lot more.

I've been exploring my entire life, but its been pretty much non stop since 2008. I always am looking for new friends to explore with, and I am willing to help people out with places, only if I know you or know that you are a respectable explorer though that is.

Well you'll be seeing a lot of me on here probably now since I am always bored, haha.

Hi. I am new to the board, but not new to ue.

I had a HUGE portfolio until Katrina. Recently, I started working on it again.

New Orleans is where I live, and while they are tearing down a lot of stuff that are the most amazing locations, we still have some incredible places to photograph.

Hello,
I'm new to UER but have been an avid participant in urban exploration for a couple years. I live in New York City most of the time which gives me numerous opportunities to indulge my hobby, and when I'm not in the city I'm usually exploring the backwoods, abandoned houses, and stormdrains surrounding my university.
I look forward to the UER and all those on it!

hey all. new and not so new to exploration. hard to get time, with a crazy job and a crazy business. name's Andy, I'm an ex-photojournalist turned... well, studio and commercial photographer, as the handle says. lurked here for a while, - I'm new to Edmonton. I'll post my few exploits in the next couple of days - little of this and that, abandoned sites from the NWT where I used to live before, South of the lake.

Ellow everybody, Ive been registered for a while and am not new to exploring. I had moved and been traveling quite a bit for most of my life, so I was registered through lots of sites with different names for different reasons. What can I say I get busy and forget my logins lol. Anywho I love this site and have much to contribute... I'm a photographer. As an x brat that gets board easily with the usual commercial activities, I took up exploring unusual places. I'm in SoCal area and always up for checking out places but can only physically handle moderate obstacles a couple times a month. Being a girl its always important to have friends along, so I hope to meet some more explorers in this area.

Hey guys, I'm new to the forums so I thought I might as well introduce myself. I'm from the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area and I've been an urban explorer since, well birth. But if I have to be more specific it all started at the age of 11 when I explored most of the sewer system in my hometown. Ever since I've felt the need to explore anything abandoned, not to mention photographing it.

I have a flickr page (http://www.flickr....edbutnotforgotten/) where I post a lot of my photos, but that's as far as it goes. Most of my friends think my urbex hobby is weird, not to mention nerdy, so I usually explore places with my Dad and best friend. I was really happy to find this forum; I'm excited to get to know you guys!

Hello. I'm new to this whole thing as an adult. When I was a kid all of my forts were abandoned buildings and drain systems. I'm really looking forward to meeting some local UEs and checking out some of forgotten NOLA.

Hi there!

I'm Dannyboy. I'm not what you would call 'new' to UE, I have been exploring for a couple of years now although I must admit that the things I have explored are fairly simple. I have always been fascinated with industrial ruin and enjoy exploring it whenever given the chance. I live in Georgia and do most of my exploring in the Atlanta area. I have only recently begun to document the explorations with photos since I have acquired a simple point and shoot camera and I will post those in the correct forum as well as a write up of some of my explorations. Excited to be here!

Hey Folks

I'm a n00b to the site but not the hobby. Started out with residential construction sites as a kid then moved on to farms 'n' barns as a teen. I am currently exploring churches, homes, grain elevators, warehouses, and so on. In my course of study I even managed a live infiltration or two. I've finally come across this forum and hopefully can tackle bigger and better buildings + infrastructure with a group. *cough-cough tunnels bridges cough-cough*

Hey everyone. Im not really new, but I dont think I have ever posted a hello. I have been crawling in and out of buildings and places Im not supposed to for about 15 years. Sadly, when I started, I never photographed my adventures, but now one of the reasons I venture out, is for photography. Just wanted to say HI.

Now that's an introduction, and the closest thing I've seen to a legit UE cover letter. You should come to Cincinnati. We have many bridges.

Hello there.
I've been lurking around for a while so I figured it's about time I introduce myself. I'm Tim. I live in northeast Ohio (Warren, to be exact). I'm 22 years old and I've been exploring off and on for about 6 years. It used to be the case that I was terrified of going alone, but over the course of time and a few close calls, most of the friends I used to bring with me either lost interest or their nerve. These days I go alone most of the time and I'm really starting to enjoy the thrill.

Anyway I suppose the whole reason I'm here is to meet some like-minded people in my area to share stories, adventures, and a few beers with now and again.

Like I said I've been at this for a few years and I don't really consider myself a noob, but I'm by no means a pro either.

So far I've been to:
2 amusement parks
4 factories
An apartment complex
A rather famous local mansion
A radar facility
and a few random warehouses
(mostly multiple trips to each)

I'm pretty excited to start being more active on here, and especially excited to meet and talk to some fellow explorers.

Good luck and Google Earth FTW
