Off I-35N right outside of Denton. Legal to get in, you just pay $5 to get in and you can walk around and shoot pics to your hearts content. Not technically exploration but still pretty cool.

If I could say it in words, I wouldn't need to photograph.

I've wanted to roam around that place for a long time. Used to go to the drag strip next door, which is how I found it.

This auto salvage really is a site to see. I made a trip up there a few years back to grab a few needed parts off of a 62 impala, for the 62 Bel Air I had at the time... not ue related, but still. There is actually another place not far from Houston. The guy's lot is beautiful... no car newer than 69, but it is not open to the public perse. He and his wife meet you up there if there is something you are interested in, otherwise they just post photos of their vehicles on antique car forums. I've yet to make it out there due to work, but they seem really nice and excited to show their autos... I,ll see if I can get the exact location out of'em if anyone is interested... anyway... great photos
