What's up south?

This weekend I finally have an entire weekend off and I'm itching hardcore for some awesome sites, I keep seeing Galveston popping up over and over. Anyone know some good sites I should hit up, or possibly want to meet up down there and explore? I have transportation for non drivers

places:

Falstaff brewery
stewart Mansion
Galveston Incinerator
Jean Lafitte Hotel
Moody Plaza
Union Pacific passenger cars(train)
Star State No.3 (dangerous beyond belief but cool)
random abandoned warehouses everyyyyehereeeeee
crack houses (dangerous but LOL they look funny)

we could see when were going and we cud possibly revist/find new places

Very, very tentatively I'd be leaving about 5 or 6 on Friday and getting there early in the morning, catching some Z's until about 10 and heading out to explore.

I have a Ranger and can carry me and one other in the cab and I suppose I can carry more in the bed if they want to deal with 70+mph winds :p
