So, update half a decade later:
Current state of the building is still very, very sketchy. Security, thankfully, is almost zilch nowadays - no cameras, no guards. Most windows are boarded but there are several POEs, mainly thanks to the fact that it has become a hobo den.
However, that doesn't make it any less dangerous. If anything, it's more so. First off, the southern, older building is in a state of severe dilapidation with some
very chancy flooring; I had a foot go through on the ground floor. What's worse is that it's less "hobos" and more "armed gangs" hanging out there; when I put my foot through the floor I was already thinking it was time to go, but it was the sound of a gun chambering that had me hauling ass to my exit. I would
strongly advise against exploring the building alone or at night for this reason.
The north annex (the newer part of the school, different architecture) is fairly safe, only concerns are general debris and exposed wiring from collapsed lighting (pretty sure there's no power, but don't take chances with electricity). It's got some interesting stuff, though.
