Mods..this is in Photography and it is photography AND UE related...please delete if you however feel it necessary.

Heres your solution..I think this will be perfect in drains and pretty much any low light and/or telephoto situation.

OK so heres the beginning of my project:

Ever not had room for a tripod?

Nope!

The shoulder stock idea is fun but is mostly used for nature photography with large (300mm or more) and fast lenses that weigh more than a few pounds. It doesn't seem all that useful for still photography in buildings.

But to each his own.

I'd like to see how this turns out.

We all had ostriches. My dad had an ostrich farm! I remember one day someone came in and said the high altitude bombing of Kosovo had been a limited success, so we all went out and celebrated… by killing an ostrich and boiling it in kiwi fruit.

How can you not have room for a tripod? Worst case scenario you end up hooking a leg through a bag strap of some kind or carry it. With your hands.

Oh, you drainers. What won't you do?

Get down, girl, go 'head, get down.

Go to Ritz camera or some place like that and pick up at $10 camera strap. Hook it around the tripod and sling over your back. Problem solved.

Guess I'll have to put down the beers? I don't know, that may be too much of a sacrifice.

The caged being inside of you must break free from his shackles, for our partial sanity or pseudo-sanity, if so applies, cannot contain it forever without repercussion of mental breakdown.

Or a Gorillapod

I have one but I didn't have it with me. I bought the "DSLR Gorrilapod" when it was on sale at EMS, it sucks and the head can't support a Rebel XT body without bending all the way over.

Does this even work? Maybe I'll make one if I ever have any extra marching band drum kits, scaffolding, and telescope mounts lying around.
