I have an obsession with abandoned places...CLEARLY... like the rest of us here at UER...
got into exploring in 2007 after exploring the ruins of a civil war factory that was torched by union troops in Douglas County, Georgia in 1864... ever since then I love old buildings. From there on i continued to my next location the next year (after a re visit to the old mill) to an old house on 166 in Douglas County.
I got heavy into exploring during 2010 after visiting a famous State School in Massachusetts. Since my first visit there I have visited well over 50 times making the two hour journey from my house multiple times a week at one point. I have now traveled to many eastern states and as far west as Ohio to go exploring. It's become more than just a hobby for sure... love this shit lol
