Catacombs 
One of the most visited small rooms in the Paris Catacombs is the Cabinet Mineralogique. I have seen photos of this room with rock samples displayed on the steps in the center of the room. There is a room similar to this in the 13th Eme Catacombs.
The first time I approach the Cabinet smoke fills the passage. It was from candles that lit up the room.
The Cabinet Mineralogique. Around the sides of the room are benches. In the center of the room is the stairs. Smoke filled the room from the many candles of explorers.
I revisited the room on my second trip into the Catacombs, my first trip by myself.

There were many small carvings in the walls of this room.
