Despite many numerous battles between developers and the city of Provo, this place still stands. It's a bizarre, labyrinth of an explore. Crazy amounts of black mold, asbestos, lead paint, etc. You can tell that it was once two different buildings that were attached to become a single standing unit. Highlight points include the old jail cells and the lethal injection table. The old isolation cells in the basement are especially creepy. Building is located in the middle of an active residential neighborhood and is next to a drug rehab facility and a juvenile detention facility. There appears to be security/surveillance on some sides of the building. Good luck.
