While exploring this building on the second floor I ran into a bum halfway sleeping. First time I've run into someone while exploring. When I walked by he got up and left, I passed him walking down the road after I left. It looks pretty active. There was fresh graffiti on the walls, and water dripping through the top floors. Later that day when I was trying to look up the history of the building, I found a news article on the internet where 4 people were robbed at gun point at that exact intersection one month prior to my visit.
