I first happened upon this location on June 1, 2007. When I went inside that day, the power was still on. I got to the place where the offices had been (South side) and heard a low audible alarm sounding. I looked through the window and noticed someone had unlocked the front gate and was coming inside. I quickly made my escape through the rear of the building.

I returned on Sept. 14, 2007. The place was wide opem with evidence of extensive vandalism. There is no longer an alarm. I was free to roam about.

It is a large factory and is fun to explore. Beware of mischevious kids who use the factory as their playground. They are from the neighbouring projects and might try to scare you. They are friendly once they know you aren't the police.
