The building is just off Jackson st, a major Seattle roadway. A guy wondering by asked for the time, then a light, then "you looking to do anything." AWE FUCK NO DUDE! But your mileage in the area may very. Stay away from the park behind it. WOW. But the roof was cool. The ladders are not the safest. I was the only one to climb the sign. It has a ladder but no scaffolding so once our up there it is beam walking time. That sign has a wonderful view of Seattle. I would like to see the sign on again!
