Me and three good friends headed out to the site on a cloudy Tuesday morning. We parked in an empty field across the street from the gate. Right away I noticed the weeds growing around the gate had been cut down since our last visit, and the main fence was wide open. There was a leaking rubber hose hooked up to a spigot on the property, but there was nobody around so we just walked right in.

There was much more graffiti outside this place than there used to be. I could make out some footprints in the dust of Adio, DVS, and Circa shoes. We had to squeeze through the bars in the fence as before, and were inside easily. We walked around for almost an hour exploring and shooting pictures. Because we had brought the spotlight, we were able to follow the stairs down to the basement levels. They contained some freight elevators, a labyrinth of empty rooms, and a whole lot of darkness.

As we ventured up to the roof, we caught site of a white work truck driving towards the building. We decided to get back down to the ground floor and be prepared to leave. Hiding behind some bushes we felt kind of silly, but the truck returned to the gate after a few minutes.

We headed back inside and explored some more, got some more neat pictures, and did a lot of walking. When it was time to leave, we ventured down the long dirt road towards the gate and were clearly visible to anyone looking our way. The work truck was still by the main gate. A hairy fellow wearing only jeans and shoes approached us. I waved hello and he asked what we were doing. He said the building was private property and we should not go in there. "I know its a popular hangout and you're obviously not stealing anything, so I'm not gonna get the cops involved" he said.

Then this guy told us he had a camera inside the buildng, but he turned it off when he works on-site (this is probably not true). He was polite and so were we, and we both went our separate ways. It was a good second trip.
