Wish there were a good story, but there isn't. A friend and I were driving around the industrial bowels of Scarborough scouting locations for a photo shoot I had planned. Found all sorts of strange stuff (like an ice-cream truck graveyard that we were going to go back to but can't find anymore) and then wound up on Warden Ave. Pretty obvious at this point that they are tearing down the mall, so we pull into the TTC lot next door and see an easy entry point at the back fence. In we go and have fun for about an hour wandering around and peaking into the demo'ed buildings. Since we had not planned this, we had no flashlights and thus could not go too far into the one building. Was neat to see, glad we had a chance before it was all gone.
