the 2 big dells closest to the wall I worked with a team of about 25 people to install over 500 of them, plus printers (I did printer installs, what my training is in) and other stuff in classrooms/offices, in 2 weeks before classes started at the old campus I worked at.

Yeah... Shame the disk controllers on the Compaq's failed all the fucking time! :-( These GX200's are rock solid though (as long as they don't come with IBM DeathStar HDs).

as for desktops dells biggest failure. sx280. we have 30 and all have had thier motherboards changed at least once

On SX280s? Had to be the bad capacitor issue. SX and DX 280s had the largest dispersal of those.
