These are for the heart monitors patients wear. Patients can be monitored wirelessly throughout the building.

I remember the old systems they used were not compatible with the old analog cell phones, and you had to turn your phone off in the hospital.

Notice the RED OUTLETS that usually means they are on the generator.

I dealt with an electrician at work who tried to convince me orange plugs were for generator outlets...

I could see in certain situations that orange [isolated ground] could be on the generator because it might be critical equipment plugged into it
