I agree with the two above comments. Although these mark a very dark point in human history it is disgraceful to graffiti

It's between quotes, "WC" is called "General Nebel" or "The Misty General"

I see the defacement more as iconoclastic vengeance and (in a perverse way) edging toward justifiable.
