It goes down to another locked door (much thicker), and down about 50 feet to water quality metering equipment. And that aqueduct is still in use. It supply's water to parts of the Bronx. To be specific, it's an HID ProxPro with Keypad. You wouldn't be able to get in with just the code, or just the card, you'd need both. Also, knowing HID, the cards would be virtually impossible to reproduce without incredible resources.
