  These immediately screamed out "ice machines" to me, then I looked around to see who it was. Actually if you look at the decades old grease on the back panel, they do seem to be fryers.

  For sure they're fryers...they have the hook things along the back panel for the baskets.

  FRYERS is correct. These were the two fryers for french fries/onion rings and shrimp. One unit was dedicated to each type of food. Folks do not like their fries to taste like fish. I once received a nasty burn from oil splashed out of the one on the right!

  Next time buy a Pitco Fryerand not those Frymaster pieces of shit.
