Garlon 4 sounds like a planet from Star Trek but seriously, "Garlon 4 is a herbicide for the control of undesirable woody plants and annual and perennial broadleaf weeds on pastures and rangelands, and in non-crop areas such as rights-of-way, military bases and industrial sites." apparently it can cause rashes and skin irritaion.
