Description
There is still some electricity running through the building - every so often we came upon a working light. The lights above the Tower elevators were still working a little - the pic doesn't show the soft light each bulb casted. Stranger still - the emergency bell in the elevator is ringing - god knows for how long.

  there once was a closed supermarket near my house, it was boarded up and everything, one of the neighborhood kids in spring (wasnt me i swear) decided with a pair of pliers to open the "inspector test" faucet outside. this causes a flow in the sprinkler alarm turbine. anyways that bell rang for the better part of the summer since the water was comming out of this valve in a discrete area

  I guess an old building that was constructed in stages would have maybe gotten electricity from different locations - therefore turning off ALL of the electricity is virtually impossible - just a guess...
