Description
Train bridge crossing the canal at Lock 5. Looks like this one used to rotate. Three more bridges south of here carry the track over Lac Saint-Francois to Valleyfield.

I love those old canal swing bridges. I would just love to Visit Montreal and environs circa 1885-1900

This bridge is now used by Montreal-Syracuse CSX trains, and CN locals to Valleyfield.
