I just have to add that back in July, I inventoried the Wal-Mart across the street (I work the same inventory company as 'Dukes) and when I was telling 'Dukes where I was he did not know of the Wal-Mart untill I metioned to him "Its across the street from the Abandoned K-Mart"

Unless you dig breaking things to go see a big empty box, I'd say forget it; most of these stores are all fixtures; take out the fixtures and you are left with a box.

Roof; probably, but then you'd end up screwing something up there as well; Now sure , the place is not used, but it could be reused, and I don't think fucking up someones real estate is worth it to see a big box with some break rooms.
