It does not make much sense though.. It's so low to the ground - how did your legs sit without getting messed up ?
Unless there is a legrest section missing... But then your body would be in a strange posture..

I think its legs were cut shorter at some point and those wheels were added.

Yeah the wheels look a good bit newer than the chair... Maybe it was adapted for someone with special 'special' needs ?
