Chevron would come by your house about once a month or so and top up your oil tank for all your home's heating needs. In the old days anyways.

It came with the house. The filler nect has a screw on cap.

Ok, i thought it was a fuel tank. should have realized it when i saw the vent pipe.

I have one of those buried in my back yard! If you kick the pebbles away in a certain part of the path, you see the cap on the filler pipe. ::
