Actually, both Iraq and Uganda WERE third world countries. Third World is a cold war designation seperating the US and its allies (the first world), Communist states (the never-mentioned second world), and those states which didn't side either way (the third world). The proper term now is Developed, Developing, and Undeveloped. I believe this measure is done by per-capita GDP. And, amazing pictures Mark.
